Inside Jeffrey Epstein, The Relationship Of Bill Gates, The Late Financial’s Last “F — You” To The Tech Boss: Report

Bill Gates‘ relationship with Jeffrey Epstein could have more layers than many originally thought with more detail emerging on the depth of their connection.

According to Rolling stone, an alleged “protégé” of the late financier – a neuroscientist and neurosurgeon named Melanie S. Walker – could be a vital connection to the couple, as she ultimately became a “mentee” of Epstein after he encouraged her to forgo a modeling opportunity and finish medical school instead. Walker was one of Gates’ main advisers in his foundation before landing at the World Bank.

According to the outlet, the Gates Foundation had placed Walker at the World Bank on a “secondment,” an arrangement that allowed the foundation to pay Walker’s salary despite working for the bank.

Walker had graduated from the University of Texas in 1992 and six months later would meet Epstein at the famous Plaza Hotel on a sightseeing trip to New York City. At the time, Epstein was an advisor to Leslie Wexner, owner of Victoria’s Secret, according to The New York Times, who argued that Walker was one of the intermediaries who would liaise between Gates and Epstein.

Rolling Stone cited a source who claimed that Epstein approached Walker simply because he thought she was attractive.

During the years 1992-2000, when Walker would have attended medical school in Texas, she had a listed address in a New York apartment building owned by Epstein.

The report said, according to a source close to the arrangement, that the address on file was an address Walker did not use as a residence but for occasional meetings.

However, it wasn’t until 1998 that Epstein reportedly hired Walker as a “science adviser” while pursuing a post-doctoral degree at the California Institute of Technology (Cal Tech), according to Rolling Stone. According to the outlet, sources said Walker would have felt “deep gratitude” to Epstein for his advice and the job he gave him.

Epstein put Walker in a prime position to introduce him to faculty members at Cal Tech and the surrounding area, as Epstein would have been interested in potential funding for projects outside the guild, a source said, recalling that they had met Walker at a dinner party at Epstein’s in New York City and at the time, his relationship with the now-convicted sexual predator only seemed professional on the surface.

An insider with knowledge of Walker and Epstein’s alleged personal connection insisted to Rolling Stone that it was around this time that Walker became close friends with Prince Andrew, however, the link did not go through Epstein. The insider added that Walker received a spare ticket to a Broadway show through another friend and ended up sitting next to Andrew.

Walker would move to the Pacific Northwest in the early 2000s, where she would eventually live with Microsoft executive Steven Sinofsky. The couple are currently married.

It was around this time that Walker was pushed within Gates’ grasp as Sinofsky brought her with him to company functions, including a barbecue where she finally met Gates, an eyewitness told Rolling. Stone.

Another member of Gates’ inner circle, a doctor named Boris Nikolic, was also one of the voices that had the tech billionaire’s ear and praised Epstein’s echelon and charm, a source told Rolling. Stone.

Gates would meet Epstein at a dinner party in 2011, according to sources who also told the New York Times that Nikolic clung to Epstein’s original approach to fundraising.

Reports claimed in July that the Microsoft co-founder visited Epstein at the disgraced financier’s New York townhouse at least three times in the early 2010s, as Epstein attempted to strike a deal with Gates through through his charity, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. This would see Epstein, who claimed he “had ties to trillions of dollars of his clients’ money,” reap 0.3% of “all the money he raised,” and help the foundation to secure funding for “global health causes”.

Insiders maintained that Epstein didn’t have the kind of money he claimed to have and Gates wasn’t wiser about it until he found out much later.

Sources insisted to The Times that after Epstein allegedly asked to receive a reduction in all donations he had helped facilitate from his clients to the global health fund, Gates and his loved ones never finalized the deal because lawyers who reviewed the files reportedly found inconsistencies. which were alarming.

The report goes on to say that after Epstein found himself uninvited from ongoing philanthropic efforts involving the wealthy and elite, he would turn to renting cottages and villas near the venues for the lavish galas.

Bridgitt Arnold, spokesperson for Gates, told The Times in 2019 that the billionaire “regrets ever having met Epstein.”

Earlier this week, Gates told CNN’s Anderson Cooper he had met Epstein for “several dinners” and reiterated his regrets.

“It was a huge mistake spending time with him and giving him credibility,” Gates said. “I made a mistake.”

Although Epstein attempted to contact Gates, his correspondence was not reciprocal and Rolling Stone writes that Epstein “made a final ‘f — you’ to Gates two days before his death” via Nikolic.

While Nikolic claimed to have had only limited and insignificant contact with Epstein for years before his suicide, sources told the publication that Epstein had appointed Nikolic as successor executor, knowing full well that it could damage Gates ‘reputation and “shine a light” on Gates’ relationship with Epstein.

Nikolic even told Rolling Stone via an email exchange that he passed out at his mother’s funeral when he heard about her appointment and that “it was absolutely retaliatory.”

“Over the past few years we’ve all learned that Epstein was a master deceiver,” Nikolic wrote, according to the outlet. “I now see that his philanthropic proposals were aimed at making himself understood by my colleagues and I in order to pursue his own social and financial ambitions. When he failed to achieve his goals, he began to fight back. ”

A spokesperson for Nikolic confirmed to FOX Business in 2019 that he “has never been consulted on these matters and has no intention of performing these duties in any way.”

Nikolic eventually sought legal advice and declined his duties as executor, while Dr Walker has since thrived in his work as a neurosurgeon.

the New York City Medical Examiner’s Office ruled that Epstein had died by hanging in his New York jail cell on August 10, 2019.

Gates, Nikolic and Sinofsky did not return Fox Business’s request for comment, while a Walker representative did not comment.
